For more than 60 years, the Columbus Arts Council (CAC) has been enriching the quality of life in Columbus and Northeast Mississippi through the arts. Started in 1965 and incorporated as a Nonprofit in 1971 , we have connected people of all ages through visual art, music, education, performances, and creative experiences that inspire, educate, and bring our community together.

Located in the historic Rosenzweig Arts Center, the CAC is home to rotating art exhibitions, concerts, workshops, film screenings, classes, and community events that celebrate creativity in all its forms. Whether you're discovering a new artist, taking your first painting class, or attending a gallery opening, there's always something happening here.
