All Rentals come with use of available Tables (round and rectangle * No Tablecloths), Chairs, Projector and Screen, Kitchen, Ice downs, Bar table, Speakers and Microphone. *Theater rental has built in sound and light system included.
Renter is responsible for complete setup and tear down of their event within the hours rented.

The Process
Step 1:
Fill out the form below to inquire about space and dates. Give use an idea how how you wish to use the space.

Step 2:
The chosen date will be held with settlement.
A $250 *cash damage deposit and 25% of the rental total will be due at the time of booking.
The $250. Cash damage deposit is potentially refundable if no charges or cleaning fees are assessed against the rental.
The 25% of the rental total is the non-refundable amount to secure your date.
Step 3:
We are delighted to be your chosen venue and look forward to working closely with you. Please keep us informed as your plans develop so we may ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.
The remainder balance for your rental will be due 30 days out from your event.
